The Challenge

Until very recently, QualityCarpetsDirect were solely an online carpet retailer but, having spotted the lack of local independent carpet retailer presence online, have formed a network of partner stores, uniquely combining the ease of buying online with a local high-street feel.

The challenge provided to Zeno was twofold, to attract and retain customers online and also attract and reassure partner stores, each paying a franchise fee.

 

 

 

The Solution

We redesigned the existing website to reflect both the change in approach and brand maturity. The new look and feel gives the company a presence befitting their national status, reassuring customers and partners that they are a serious player in the marketplace.

To further engage prospective partner stores, we developed a marketing pack consisting of a folder and brochure focussing on the benefits of the scheme, and answering any questions or reservations that they may have.

The use of consistent, themed infographics throughout has given both the literature and website a unified, easy to understand edge, that many competitors lack.
